Stand up the platform in a predictable sequence
This is the fastest path from pilot onboarding to daily facility operations.
Configure Your Facility
Add your buildings and spaces to match your contract scope. Use the Facilities page to define each space - restrooms, hallways, kitchens, offices - organized by building.
Set Up Checklist Templates
Create reusable checklists for each space type (Restroom Standard, Kitchen/DFAC, Hallway, etc.) from the Facilities page. Apply templates in bulk to configure dozens of spaces in minutes.
Define Requirements
Translate your PWS into Ironhold requirements. Set cleaning frequencies and intervals per space or space type from the Requirements page. The compliance engine starts tracking automatically.
Add Your Team
Create user accounts for supervisors and workers. Workers only need a phone and a browser - no app download required. Assign roles to control what each person can see and do.
Start Operating
Workers open My Shift on their phone each day, see their assigned tasks, follow the checklist, capture evidence, and submit. Supervisors monitor progress from the Command Dashboard.

Open My Shift -> tap Start on the assigned task -> follow the space checklist -> tap Ready to Submit -> add a photo, score the observations (dust, moisture, odor, trash, floor), add optional notes -> tap Submit. GPS location is captured automatically. The entire process takes 1-2 minutes per space.
The Command Dashboard shows real-time compliance posture, completion rates, overdue tasks, and at-risk spaces. The Requirements page defines what is expected. The compliance engine automatically checks every task completion against your defined obligations.
Government viewer accounts are read-only. CORs log in and see the Compliance dashboard - compliance percentage, evidence coverage, recent completions, and exportable audit reports. They cannot modify contractor operational data.
Missed tasks are flagged automatically. Supervisors see them on the Command Dashboard and Daily Operations page. Workers or supervisors can file an excuse (staffing shortage, equipment issue, access denied, etc.) which enters an approval queue for review.
The Reports page provides exportable data: Monthly compliance reports (PDF), cleaning event history (CSV), task completion records (CSV), and incident/flag logs (CSV). These are designed for CPARS documentation and COR briefings.
Yes. Ironhold is mobile-first and runs in any modern browser. No app store download needed. Workers access their shift from their phone at the start of each day. The interface adapts to phone, tablet, and desktop.
Templates let you define a standard checklist once and apply it to multiple spaces. For example, create a 'Restroom Standard' template with 8 checklist items, then apply it to all 15 restrooms in your facility at once. Individual spaces can still be customized after template application.
Every completed task records: timestamp (start and completion), GPS coordinates with accuracy, at least one photo, observation scores across five categories, completed checklist items, worker identity, and optional notes. This creates a complete, tamper-resistant evidence package per event.

Full access. Configure facilities, spaces, requirements, checklist templates, and user accounts. View all dashboards, reports, and operational data. Approve or reject excuses.
Operational access. View Command Dashboard, Daily Operations, Work Orders, Activity, and Incidents. Start and complete tasks. Manage shift operations. Cannot configure requirements or manage users.
Shift access. View My Shift with assigned tasks. Start, complete, and submit tasks with evidence. View their own activity history. Cannot access dashboards or other workers' data.
Read-only access. View Compliance dashboard, evidence records, and audit exports. Cannot modify any operational data. Designed for CORs, QAEs, and contracting officers.
